In late 2015, Anna co-founded HIKE Capital with Mark. Prior to founding HIKE Capital, Anna served as General Manager of NetEase's Mobile Internet Business Division and Chairman of its Product Committee, where she built the NetEase News App from zero to 400 million users. Anna graduated from Nanjing University and China Europe International Business School. A deep-diver, hiker, and lover of science fiction and art, Anna treats venture capital as a lifelong entrepreneurial pursuit.

In 2015, Mark co-founded HIKE Capital with Anna and simultaneously launched his second venture, CARS Group—now China's largest automobile consumer service platform. An alumnus of USTC and Yale, Mark brings tenacity and a constant drive to evolve to the challenging art of company-building. Outside of work, he enjoys running marathons and playing the guitar.

King joined HIKE Capital as a partner in 2018. He previously worked at Redpoint Ventures and IDG Capital, and later served as Chief Investment Officer at Xunyou Technology. King also has extensive R&D experience in semiconductor and communications software, having worked at Siemens and Flextronics. King holds degrees from Beihang University, the China Academy of Space Technology, China Europe International Business School, and Tsinghua PBC School of Finance. He started programming in elementary school and is a lifelong space enthusiast, with a persistent curiosity for the underlying laws of how things work. He also enjoys football, hiking, and other sports.

With over 20 years of management experience, Bingfang previously held senior executive roles at several listed companies, including ChinaHR.com and Ganji.com, before joining HIKE. Bingfang holds an MBA from Aston University in the UK. He is a passionate sports enthusiast with the heart of a champion.
